Kanso is a desktop task app. This page explains what information we collect during the beta program and how we use it. We aim to collect only what we need to run early access thoughtfully.
Information we collect
When you request beta access, we collect the details you submit in the form: your name, email address, platform interest, and any note you share about why you want to try Kanso.
If you contact us, we also receive the information you include in that message.
How we use information
We use beta signup information to:
- Review and manage early-access requests
- Invite accepted testers and share next steps
- Understand platform interest and product feedback themes
- Respond to support or contact messages
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may use trusted service providers to operate email, hosting, or form processing. Those providers only process information as needed to support Kanso.
Retention
We keep beta request information while the program is active and for a reasonable period afterward so we can manage invites and follow-up. You can ask us to delete your request by contacting us.
